Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Mentor

Great hotel and everyone here was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was great and different each day. Rooms were quite, clean, and very cozy. Would definitely come back in the future.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was close to areas we planned to visit and we wanted a kitchen so we could prepare some meals while on vacation. Sharing for awareness for future guests: The room had a full size fridge, dishwasher and burners. It did not have an oven. Breakfast items were offered every morning. Options included bagels/toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal and 3 "hot" items that rotated (sausage links, breakfast sanwiches, cubed potatoes, etc.) Unfortunately the "hot" items were cold almost every morning. There was no waffle maker available while we were there. When I jokingly told the front desk they should consider getting one, I was informed they had one, it just wasn't put out. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and warm. There is a basketball court and guests can check out a ball from the front desk.

The room was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a nice sitting area. It was perfect for my longer stay. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection—Sausage cheese muffins, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free on-site parking.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, rooms are great just need a couple updates and the occasional deep cleaning. Breakfast was probably one of the best hotels usually offer. Location for this area is perfect. We enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay here again when we return to visit.

Had a good time at the Hotel was able to take my dog had a kitchen in and free breakfast.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and the location to Cleveland area attractions is convenient . I would stay here again with my wife, but I did notice a couple other reviews mention the duct tape between the carpet and the kitchen. Some of The lighting needs updated as one of the lights over the bed was broken Things like that needs to be addressed for a hotel like this. Marriott Corporation will not accept I’m sure. I’m not sure that’s legal, but could we look into maybe updating certain parts of the hotel? Thank you. Not sure if that’s in the works, but it should be.

The room was large and clean, but the shower splashed water out under the door. Our view was the highway that runs behind the hotel, which was a little noisy but not so much that we lost sleep. Breakfast was good except for the egg/cheese/English muffin sandwich, which was terrible. Employees were friendly and helpful, but not terribly fast.

Beautiful Hotel, great location, room was very spacious and clean, no major issues, Bed could have been a little more comfortable, but a typical hotel bed. Gorgeous dining area with fireplace in the entrance area. Guest front desk check in and out was very pleasant. Would stay again.
